◆ NFE Online Courses เป็นหนึ่งในผลผลิตของ TKP Model ที่ต่อยอดจากการพัฒนาสาระการเรียนรู้และข้อมูลระดับชุมชน ของทุกๆตำบลตามโครงการ หรือ Thailand Knowledge Portal (ศูนย์ข้อมูลความรู้ประชาชน) สำหรับ NFE Online Courses ถือเป็นอีกพัฒนาการต่อยอดระดับสอง มุ่งเน้นในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ได้ดำเนินการทำอย่างจริงจังเมื่อช่วงปลายปี 2561 ที่ศูนย์ กศน.อำเภอเมืองลำปาง จังหวัดลำปาง โดยเลือกหลักสูตรการศึกษานอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 6 วิชา ถือเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่สำคัญต่อการเพิ่มช่องทางในการศึกษาเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ในรูปแบบ Responsive ที่บทเรียนจะสนองต่อการนำเสนอเนื้อหาได้โดยสมบูรณ์ในทุกๆอุปกรณ์ โดยเฉพาะ สมาร์ทโฟน

◆ ต่อมาหลักการ TKP ได้สานต่อแนวคิดนี้ไปสร้างหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา หลักสูตรท้องถิ่น รวมถึงหลักสูตร ระยะสั้นอื่นๆ ในอีกหลายพื้นที่ อาทิ อำเภอบางบาล อำเภอผักไห่ จังหวัดอยุธยา อำเภอห้างฉัตร ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษาลำปาง ในปี 2562 ศูนย์ กศน.อำเภอเมืองลำปาง จึงระดมครู กศน.ตำบลทั้งหมด มาร่วมใจกันพัฒนาหลักสูตรการศึกษานอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ครบทุกรายวิชา รวมถึงหลักสูตรสำหรับใช้ในการจัดการศึกษาต่อเนื่องของสถานศึกษาอีกด้วย

◆ นอกจากจะยึดหลักการ Responsive ดังกล่าวแล้ว ยังได้เสริมวิธีการ Infographic นำมาย่นย่อเนื้อหา และปรับแต่งหลักสูตรต่างๆ ให้กระชับ น่าสนใจอีกด้วย หลักสูตรทุกหลักสูตรใช้กลไกของ G-Suite for Education ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ผู้เรียน ได้เรียนรู้ได้ด้วยตนเองผ่านกระบวนการห้องเรียนออนไลน์ด้วย Google Classroom ซึ่งจะส่งผ่านหน้าเนื้อหารูปแบบ Responsive ด้วย Google Sites รวมถึง กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ วัดผลประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Google Forms ที่ได้มาตรฐานสากล SCORM
